DGH’s Mackay workshop operates from a modern 2,000m2 facility which is completely integrated with the design and drafting departments of the business. They are aided by the latest 2D and 3D drafting and modelling programs.

DGH offers clients significant flexibility in the range of fabrication services we can deliver. From production of a small individual item, that maybe needed on site urgently, to large construction fabrications. This flexibility is based on our well-equipped workshop in Mackay which has the capacity to deliver fabrication requirements on time and to the highest of quality standards.

Our Mackay workshop features:

We understand that quality is paramount, this ensures that we consistently deliver a quality, cost effective products within the agreed timeframes. All DGH work is covered by our ISO 9001:2015 accredited quality assurance program.

All welding is in accordance with ISO 3834 – Quality Requirements of Fusion Welding. This is supported by our own certified welding supervisor. Full Welding Procedure Specification’ (WPS’s), Welding Procedure Qualification’s (WPQR’s) and Material Data Record’s (MDR’s) are developed for each job, showing full traceability.

When it comes to workshop fabrication in Mackay, DGH is the place to go. DGH is essentially a custom workshop capable of producing almost anything across a multitude of industries. In our Fabrication Workshop we have the trade skills, latest modern equipment and technology to deliver high quality products. Our premises allows ease of access for delivery of offsite plant and equipment and our turnaround times are second to none. We welcome visits from our clients to see the progress of any of their projects

DGH has an office and workshop located in Townsville which services the North QLD Engineering, Mining, Sugar, Refineries, Defence, Agriculture, Water Infrastructure and Councils. 

The workshop is equipped with high clearance and a 5T gantry crane, our exciting new facility will facilitate further growth for our DGH customers throughout North Queensland.

We provide service in projects which can include Engineering, Drafting, Light to Heavy Fabrication, Site Installations, Shutdowns and Maintenance.

The Townsville Workshop includes 200sqm of covered workshop space with the below capabilities:
